  1. Order Processing Time All merchandise is made to order through our professional print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Processing time: 2–7 business days for production Processing time may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production.
  2. Shipping Timeframes Shipping times begin after processing is complete. United States Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days International Standard International: 7–21 business days (Time may vary based on customs, location, and carrier routes) These are estimates only.   5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information: We will reship once the customer pays additional shipping costs Refunds are not provided for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.
  6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility. We are not liable for: Packages marked “delivered” but not received Carrier delays Stolen packages Delivery errors outside our control If an issue occurs, we will assist you in working with the carrier, but replacements or refunds are issued only in situations covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items If your merch arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with: Order number Photos of the issue Description of the problem We will replace the item at no additional cost.

  9. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal EU consumers typically receive a 14-day “cooling-off period,” but this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalized. Because all Come Back with a Warrant items are printed to order, the withdrawal period does not apply unless the item is defective.
