Return & Refund Policy — Come Back with a Warrant Merch

Thank you for supporting Come Back with a Warrant! We want you to love your merch as much as you love the podcast. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns & Exchanges Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: Incorrect size selection Change of mind Buyer’s remorse Please double-check size charts before placing your order.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we’ve got you. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following: Your order number A clear photo of the issue A description of the problem We will replace the item at no additional cost.
  3. Wrong or Missing Items If you received the wrong item or your package arrived incomplete, please email us within 14 days so we can make it right.
  4. Order Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production, as each item is custom printed. If you need to make a change, reach out ASAP — we’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.
  5. Refunds Refunds are only issued if: The product is defective, The wrong item was received, or Your order never arrived due to an error on our fulfillment partner’s side. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  7. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
